Medical legal work

Allied Quantum Health Professionals... has been set up as a service for the medical/legal and insurance professions and employers throughout Ireland and the UK. We assess clients on behalf of the instructing party, usually in their home or work environment and use specific professional expertise to provide opinion and recommendations in the form of a well presented report.

We also provide opinion in consultations and attend court hearings as expert witnesses

How the process begins
The instructing party contacts Allied Quantum Health Professionals. We reply with a confirmation that we can arrange an assessment with the client and forward a copy of our terms of engagement.

The instructing party forwards all relevant background material on the client to include: medical reports; other health professional reports;

A date is set to visit the client in their home or in hospital as applicable.

A carefully selected expert assesses the past, present and future needs of the client.

A well prepared and researched report of our findings and opinions will be produced and delivered to the instructing party.

Where necessary the opinions and recommendations contained within the report will be defended under cross-examination.

Vocational Rehabilitation/case management

Allied Quantum Health Professionals... has a dynamic multidisciplinary team that provides a quality, comprehensive vocational rehabilitation service to a wide range of clients.

Our health professionals offer a service throughout Ireland and the UK and can manage cases from initial assessment through to optimal result stage. Our health professionals take a multidisciplinary, biopsychosocial approach to the management of individual cases in the most effective and cost efficient manner. Assessments can be carried out at home or work as required to establish the needs of the client.

Allied Quantum Health Professionals provides professional and administrative support to their practitioners throughout the process of rehabilitation from making recommendations to sourcing the means to implement those changes and reporting back to the referring agency.
